Transient electromagnetics, (also time-domain electromagnetics / TDEM), is a geophysical exploration technique in which electric and magnetic fields are induced by Transient pulses of electric current and the subsequent decay response measured. TEM / TDEM methods are generally able to determine subsurface electrical properties, but are also sensitive to subsurface magnetic properties in applications like Groundwater detection and characterization. TEM/TDEM surveys are a very common surface EM technique for mineral exploration, groundwater exploration, and for environmental mapping, used throughout the world.
The Technology is adapted and been tested for groundwater with highest accuracy.
96% repeatability
Most of the groundwater equipment's in the market are not able to produce the same data when survey conducted for the second time on same location. In this case the survey level is considered RANDOM. But the systems stability in TEM time domain survey is 96% the same data even if tested 100 times in a same location. The data may change only after a continuous rain or if the subsurface conditions blow complete dry.
